About the Role
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Child Life, Child Growth and Development, Recreational Therapy, or related field.
  • Certification: Eligible for certification as a Child Life Specialist by the Child Life Certification Commission.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Certified Child Life Specialist in a clinical setting.
  • Salary: Estimated $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on location and qualifications.
Responsibilities
  • Assist patients and families in coping with illness, injury, and hospitalization.
  • Develop and implement child life services to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
