About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Director for Real Estate to lead our team at Spectrum. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building construction activities, managing projects of varying complexity, and serving as the primary resource for building design and construction-related matters.

Your annual project workload will fluctuate but typically falls within the range of $10 million to $15 million. You will be directly responsible for managing 10 to 20 projects per year.

You will have complete accountability for planning, managing, and monitoring projects from concept through implementation. This includes managing day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects, gaining consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, and implementing project management processes and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, focusing on design, construction, and contract management. They will also have the ability to analyze and interpret data, develop strong working relationships with peers and project members, and negotiate and resolve conflicts with occupant work groups.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial building construction
  • Strong project management skills, focusing on design, construction, and contract management
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, develop strong working relationships with peers and project members, and negotiate and resolve conflicts with occupant work groups
Benefits and Salary

Our estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 to $180,000 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
