About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team at Symbotic. As a key member of our Service Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering growth and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Manage and troubleshoot SAP issues, coordinating with technical experts as needed.
  • Execute bin-to-bin transfers using SAP S/4 Hana EWM, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Ensure work accuracy and adherence to production, repair, quality, and safety standards.
  • Handle UPS shipping transactions for RMA materials and parts needing repair, as well as process SAP fulfillment and receiving transactions.
  • Use SAP reporting and MS Excel to track KPIs and transactions, providing insights to improve warehouse performance.
  • Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material transport, replenishment, and stacking up to 46 feet high.
  • Load/unload bots to/from trailers and storage using pallet jacks and forklifts, preparing them for shipment and recording serial numbers.
  • Coordinate with logistics for truck shipments and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics, with a strong background in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
  • Proven experience handling UPS shipping transactions and processing SAP transactions, with a strong proficiency in SAP reporting and MS Excel.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a warehouse team, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving discrepancies and system-related issues.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.
