This role encompasses the management of documentation related to shipping and receiving processes, with responsibilities that may include a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring the safe loading and unloading of trucks, accurate documentation of materials, proper storage of items, and preparation of customer orders.
  • Utilize the ERP system to guarantee material availability in alignment with production needs.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular physical cycle counts and reconciliation with the ERP system.
  • Oversee the timely handling of returned stock keeping units (SKUs).
  • Support receiving, warehousing, and shipping functions by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding warehousing, materials handling, and shipping.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to enhance the physical condition of the warehouse by planning layouts, inspecting equipment, and issuing maintenance requests as necessary.
  • Promote and uphold the established policies, procedures, objectives, quality standards, and safety protocols of Tredit Tire and Wheel.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members by planning, monitoring, and evaluating job performance.
  • Execute additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, with skills in procurement transactions, data capture, analysis, and reporting preferred.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe.
  • Experience with Syspro or similar ERP software is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to various situations.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control practices.
  • Capability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
