Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move materials and products throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trailers and railcars, and transport loads to designated areas
  • Check product on inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Use handheld scanners and equipment to manage warehouse inventory and track shipments
  • Assist in cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Perform daily maintenance inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation
  • Follow company procedures and policies to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating a forklift
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled warehouse environment
