Therapy Program Manager

Kyo, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is seeking a highly skilled Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 play-based instruction to clients with autism, using techniques from the field of ABA. Your primary goal will be to assist clients in acquiring academic and/or appropriate life skills, such as toilet training, eating, and self-help skills. You will also utilize company-provided iPad technology for data collection and reporting progress. This is a full-time position requiring a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $52,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, as well as paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and employee assistance programs. Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 play-based instruction to clients with autism, using techniques from the field of ABA.
- Assist clients in acquiring academic and/or appropriate life skills, such as toilet training, eating, and self-help skills.

- Communicate clearly and respectfully with all team members, clients, and clients' parents/caregivers.
- Participate in client clinical team meetings, staff training, and staff development days.
