Position Overview: Join our vibrant team at a Corporate Dining Account, where we offer an exceptional culinary experience. Our café features diverse stations with a rotating menu and daily specials, ensuring variety and freshness.

As the Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the effective functioning of the Culinary Department within the facility.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the supervision, preparation, and cooking of various food items, as well as developing daily menu items and their presentation.

You may supervise hourly staff and collaborate with the Executive Chef to create new menus and assist with procurement. This role is ideal for an energetic and entrepreneurial culinary professional.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in managing cost controls and overseeing expenditures for the account.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef in menu planning and creation.
- Execute and manage catering events.
- Implement new culinary programs in partnership with the Company’s marketing and culinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A.S. degree or equivalent experience.
- Progressive culinary or kitchen management experience, based on formal education or training.
- Catering experience is advantageous.
- Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with institutional and batch cooking is beneficial.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost management, and presentation.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and the Internet.
- Willingness to engage in client satisfaction initiatives.
- ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
