Job Summary:

The Solution Center Specialist position provides student-focused support in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for answering questions, facilitating transactions, processing paperwork, and tracking student inquiries in the areas of Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff
  • Facilitate transactions and process paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
  • Track and resolve student inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Effective oral, written, listening, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with computers and competency in navigating and performing data entry in a Windows environment
  • Experience with student relational database systems and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.0 preferred
