We are looking for a seasoned Automation Controls Engineer Specialist to join our team at Entegee, a leading company in custom automation projects and robotic solutions worldwide.

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, operating, and inspecting CNC milling machines using MasterCam software, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality results and contributing to the company's manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate CNC milling machines efficiently, ensuring accuracy and precision in every step of the process.
  • Complete documentation, including job travelers, operator check sheets, and inspection reports, to maintain a comprehensive record of manufacturing activities.
  • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments to optimize production.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and expertise, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with CNC Vertical 3-Axis milling centers as an operator and 5+ years of experience with CNC 3-Axis milling centers as a setup/programmer.
  • Proficient in using various measuring tools and experienced in reading and understanding prints.
  • Strong understanding of MasterCam programming and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with minimal supervision capability.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in using various software and tools, including MasterCam and other automation solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
