Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse - Community Care RN to join our Providence PACE team. As a Community Care RN, you will provide and supervise professional, independent nursing care for Providence patients. Your care will be based in the nursing process and consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching, and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence.
- Provide care through clinics, home visits, and other community-based services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- ~1 year of Home health RN experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
