General Merchandise Sales Representative

We are seeking highly motivated sales associates to join our team at Walmart. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for customers by assisting them with their needs and answering questions about products.
Your expertise in merchandise selection and knowledge of store layouts will enable you to quickly locate items for customers, ensuring timely fulfillment of their orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, processing returns, and handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Walmart offers a range of benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as 401(k) plans, stock purchase options, and company-paid life insurance. You will also receive paid time off and/or PTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00, with opportunities for annual or quarterly performance incentives and additional compensation based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
