As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment where every interaction is a chance to introduce new technology and services. With uncapped commission potential, your career growth and rewards are within reach.
You will be the face and voice of AT&T to customers, providing personalized sales experiences that meet their needs. Your autonomy to organize your day will allow you to work effectively, closing deals by offering hands-on demos, WiFi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.
To succeed in this role:
- You will receive paid training to set you up for success in working independently in the field.
- Coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities will keep you on track and tech-savvy.
- You will generate leads, taking cold calls all the way to sales while managing and achieving targets.
- You will utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to make smooth pivots and get it right.
Key expectations to succeed:
- Prior sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets.
- Maintain a valid driver's license - a big perk of this job is the company car we provide.
- Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Utilize required PPE and adhere to all safety measures, including basic sanitizing procedures.
Your earning potential as a Field Sales Representative includes a base salary range of $43,100 - $51,300, plus up to $20,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Top sellers can earn an average annual income of $71,029. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
