Role Summary

As a Field Engineer 3, you will be responsible for executing tasks related to the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of computer-related products. This includes desktop and laptop computers, printers, networking devices, standard software, and entry-level servers at various locations.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Conduct installations and repairs of computer systems and peripherals.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Utilize established methods and tools while being guided by Help Desk or Service Desk protocols.
  • Resolve complex product support challenges that require advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Engage in a variety of assignments ranging from basic repairs to intricate device servicing, including reloading and re-imaging systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver support for desktop, laptop, and server hardware and software.
  • Maintain and support legacy systems.
  • Assist with server product support.
  • Execute disk replacements on enterprise storage solutions.
  • Install and maintain computer systems, networks, and associated software.
  • Support network products from both operational and maintenance perspectives.
  • Perform necessary installations, relocations, additions, and modifications.
  • Test and certify computer systems, networks, and approved applications.
  • Follow up on issues and escalate as needed.
  • Exhibit professionalism in conduct and appearance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.
  • Adhere to client-specific Service Level Agreements and maintain accurate ticketing records.
Essential Technical Skills
  • Experience in Desktop and Laptop Repair.
  • Familiarity with server operations related to laptops and desktops.
