Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring accurate cash handling and sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and thanking all customers, making eye contact, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing regular cleaning tasks, restocking shelves, and ensuring proper sanitation and food handling procedures are followed.
  • Accurately handle cash and credit transactions, maintain a secure cash drawer, and perform cashier reconciliation at the end of each shift.
  • Prepare and serve food and hot beverage products, manage ExtraMile and/or KKC foodservice and beverages, and ensure maximization of sales and minimization of loss.
  • Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs, and cross-check price of delivered goods for accuracy.
  • Distribute delivered goods in an orderly manner throughout the store, and continuously ensure shelves are full of products.
Requirements
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Ability to work both independently and in team settings, and possess required up-to-date food handling certificates.
  • Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.
