About the Position

The Director of Finance Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business office, including accounting, payroll, purchasing, and equipment and inventory control. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in finance administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the assistant vice president of finance and controller, director of human resources, and director of financial aid.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business, with a chartered accountant, MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum three years' related experience in finance administration, or a combination of education and experience commensurate with the requirements of the position.

Salary Range

$100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
