About the Job

The Vice President of Financial Strategy will lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve the college's mission and goals. This role requires a highly skilled finance professional with experience in financial planning, analysis, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial plans and policies to ensure the college's fiscal integrity and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead the business office team to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the president's cabinet to allocate resources and prioritize financial initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business, with a chartered accountant, MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum five years' related experience in finance administration and leadership, or a combination of education and experience commensurate with the requirements of the position.

Compensation

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
