Pediatric Hematology Oncology Specialist

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Hematology Oncology Specialist to join our team at Yale-New Haven Health. As a Registered Nurse with expertise in pediatric hematology oncology, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to children and families affected by blood disorders and cancer.

Job Summary:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients with hematology and oncology conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct assessments, administer medications, and perform procedures as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in pediatric hematology oncology
  • BLS certification required
