We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile HR/Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in both human resources and accounting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Human Resources Support

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and exit interviews.

• Help track and manage employee benefits, time-off requests, and attendance.

• Develop and maintain HR policies and standards for a growing company.

• Provide Accounting Support

• Assist with processing invoices, expenses, and vendor payments.

• Help manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Reconcile accounts and support month-end close processes.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

• Vendor onboarding and management.

• Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation for audits.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in HR, accounting, or administrative support, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and spreadsheet formulas. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
