A client of ours located in Stow, Ohio is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Staff member to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an URGENT need, so please apply today

SHIFT: 1st (7:30a-5p) Mon.-Thurs. and Friday (8a-3p)

PAY: $20/hr. with a dollar raise upon hire in. 

Temp to hire : Accounts Payable Staff member. Works directly with VP Finance and other sales / production staff

Prior experience with accounts payable matching and input. Understanding of basic accounting a plus. Must be Microsoft excel knowledgeable.

Duties include – 

Matching and coding all AP invoices

Input into Microsoft Great Plains ERP system

Credit card and expense accounting

Weekly ACH and check preparation

Prepare month end expense estimates

Quarterly gathering all use tax expenditures
