What will your role entail and how will you contribute to American Senior Communities?
  • Enhancing the lives of our residents through compassionate care.
  • Supporting fellow team members by assisting in the onboarding of new staff.
  • Performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.
  • Stripping old floor finishes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Exemplifying C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, customers, and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
We prioritize the health and safety of our team members, residents, and families. Therefore, we have implemented a mandatory vaccination policy requiring COVID-19 vaccinations for all employees and contracted staff. We believe that vaccinating all employees is crucial for the safety and health of our customers. Candidates with personal reasons for not receiving the vaccine may request an exemption through their Executive Director once hired.
