POSITION SUMMARY:


The Seasonal Retail Sales Representative plays a crucial role in executing the front-line sales strategy, enhancing revenue generation for the organization, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while upholding retail standards through efficient back-end operations.

Seasonal Retail Sales Representatives will achieve results through effective communication and a proven ability to collaborate as part of a successful team.


This position requires a part-time commitment,
which may include shifts during days, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and engage them with questions to ensure a pleasant shopping experience
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer interactions and observations
  • Facilitate a brand connection by ensuring customers enjoy a premium shopping experience
  • Maintain standards on the sales floor and/or in the stockroom with meticulous attention to detail
  • Process transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS)
  • Exhibit the highest level of professionalism and customer service to positively represent the Fanatics Brand and Team/League
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the management team

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work extended hours on game days and during events
  • Foreign language proficiency is advantageous

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Possess a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire product knowledge of Team/League inventory
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments, serving a diverse customer base
  • Capability to maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness
  • Proven ability to navigate challenges while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move around the facility as necessary
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Game Day responsibilities may involve exposure to various weather conditions (rain, wind, cold, heat, etc.)
