Role Overview:
As a Floor Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by ensuring a clean and safe environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.
  • Stripping old floor finishes as necessary.
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to create a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED, or relevant experience and training.
