Job Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Leader is responsible for providing direct patient care and overseeing the nursing team on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong passion for delivering high-quality care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care that meets the needs of each resident
- Supervise and delegate tasks to the nursing team as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- Active RN state license and CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or similar setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
