We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA. This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid out quarterly over one year.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, evaluating nursing care, and supervising nursing assistants. Our ideal candidate will possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state of Virginia and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license in Virginia
  • CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
