Support Professional for Adults with Autism

Customized Options Nonprofit is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a DSP, you will work one-on-one with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing personalized support and assistance in their daily lives. Your role will involve helping them stay active and connected in the community, improving their lives through education, community involvement, and paid work programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with learning, volunteering, and work options
- Support physical activity, communication, social, and behavioral skills
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive support
Requirements:
- Outgoing and positive individual with a commitment to helping others
- Good driving record and reliable vehicle
- Pass a BCA background check
- High School diploma or equivalent
