Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to boost profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Acquisition Strategy: Contribute to identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting financial due diligence, and integrating acquired entities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory standards while maintaining high-quality control measures.
  • Board Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements and reports to the board periodically.

Performance Metrics for the Initial Year:

  • Enhance financial accountability across business metrics and track improvement initiatives.
  • Assess acquisition opportunities and secure $25M+ in annual revenue.
  • Optimize costs to achieve SG&A as a percentage of sales at 17%.

Compensation Package:

A competitive salary and benefits package will be provided, tailored to your experience and qualifications. Equity participation may also be included.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years in a financial leadership capacity within a manufacturing context.
  • Demonstrated success in financial statement management and commercial achievements.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a talent for motivating a diverse and expanding team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, along with a CPA designation. Additional qualifications such as CFA are advantageous.
  • International experience is highly desirable.
