Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients and staff to accurately schedule appointments for necessary procedures.
- Execute clerical and reception tasks related to patient registration.
- Collect essential demographic, insurance, and clinical data from patients and input it into the appropriate systems.
- Identify and utilize resources to address inquiries regarding procedure specifics, including type, date, and location.
- Schedule patient procedures efficiently to optimize both patient time and clinical resources.
- Coordinate and communicate scheduling details effectively.
- Assist in managing activities related to insurance pre-certification and authorization.
- Provide guidance to patients and their representatives regarding pre-service requirements and instructions.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant job experience required.

- Professional licensure or certification may substitute for education or experience, if applicable.
