Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling patients on their medication needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.

Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and guidelines to provide evidence-based care and make informed decisions.

Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the pharmacy, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and quality control.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).

Pharmacy license (by job entry date).

Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
