- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle all customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to our hotel's standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Friendly, strong people skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong computer skills, with experience using hotel software and systems.
