Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including knife skills, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, including HACCP and allergen management.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
