- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
- Excellent culinary skills, including knife skills, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, including HACCP and allergen management.
