Key Objectives:

  • Lead the implementation of Business Development initiatives from inception to completion, utilizing internal resources and fostering collaboration
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify strategic targets and establish new connections through phone and in-person meetings

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the creative team to guide the creative direction for all public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video materials
  • Collect customer and market insights to refine outreach strategies, enhance customer conversions, and generate qualified leads
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis, optimizing as necessary
  • Present concepts and final deliverables to leadership, communicating with senior management about ongoing programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in developing new partnerships
  • Familiarity with Marketing Metrics
  • Experience with sales automation tools
  • Willingness to participate in on-site events, which may involve overnight travel

Starting at $40,000.00 annually
