Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled contract professional who possesses strong negotiation capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in interpreting, understanding, and conveying essential contractual obligations while formalizing documentation for strategic vendor agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the development of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Strategic Business Partner and various business units during the contract negotiation process.
- Create and maintain a repository of pre-approved templates and use cases.
- Conduct initial evaluations for leadership and relevant stakeholders, recommending and implementing strategies to address legal, compliance, and risk concerns, including software licensing, intellectual property protection, confidentiality, and security vulnerabilities.
- Partner with compliance teams to continuously refine compliance processes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing all facets of the contracting process, including negotiations, risk management, and contract closure.
- Proven experience in leading complex negotiations with vendors.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on detail and professional skepticism.
- Ability to manage multiple intricate projects simultaneously while delivering outstanding results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in database management.
- Advanced internet research capabilities.

Success Academy offers a hybrid work model, allowing employees to work from home on designated days while collaborating in the office on others.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is competitive and will take into account various factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs. The estimated range is $75,000 - $90,000.
