Position Overview

We are in search of an enthusiastic and personable Coffee Specialist to enhance our team at one of our corporate dining cafes. This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding service to our clientele, with a focus on hospitality, service excellence, and a deep understanding of coffee and tea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing a variety of espresso beverages, coffee, and tea
  • Delivering exceptional hospitality and professional service
  • Educating customers about coffee and tea selections
  • Addressing issues in a timely manner
  • Assisting with catering services
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume beverage preparation environment
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Quick decision-making and conflict resolution skills
  • A collaborative team player with a friendly attitude

Job Requirements:

  • NY Food Handlers Certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
