About the Role
Corgan is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our Data Centers market sector in our Orlando office location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, leading a team of architects, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and consultants
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations
- Manage contract administration, including negotiations and disputes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in commercial architecture, with a focus on Data Centers
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Revit and other 3D software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
