Corgan is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our Data Centers market sector in our Orlando office location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, leading a team of architects, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Manage contract administration, including negotiations and disputes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial architecture, with a focus on Data Centers
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and other 3D software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
