Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement design guidelines and standards for the company.
  • Lead an internal design review team to ensure design quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with external architectural and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare facilities lists and coordinate with stakeholders for district program needs.
  • Assist project managers in facilitating design meetings and responding to questions and concerns.
  • Manage permit tracking and ensure design reviews are conducted on schedule.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree from a five or six year university program.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in design management, with a strong background in architecture and engineering.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD, BlueBeam Revu, and eBuilder.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
