Key Responsibilities
  • Provide multi-skilled customer service across various channels, including face-to-face, telephone, and digital platforms.
  • Deal with customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous, fair, and non-prejudiced manner.
  • Utilize service-specific IT systems and scripting to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Set and achieve individual objectives and targets, with support from coaching and mentoring.
  • Comply with the Customer Service Centre's PCI data security standards and protocols.
