We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Premise Health. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to our employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage work-related injuries and illnesses
- Conduct medical surveillance testing
- Provide return-to-work clearances
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement health programs to improve employee health and productivity
Requirements:
- Certificate from an accredited nursing school or associate degree
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of practice
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
