Role Summary

We are in search of a qualified Home Warranty Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our customer service and warranty administrative operations, including the coordination of all clerical tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring that Richmond American Homes is represented with the utmost professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and disseminate various Warranty reports utilizing Enterprise 1, Excel, and Microsoft Word, ensuring a professional representation of RAH.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and orientations.
  • Schedule appointments at work sites with trade partners as necessary and confirm the completion of warranty tasks.
  • Address escalated customer service matters to promote customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate problem resolution. Develop and/or refine office procedures related to Warranty Service Requests and associated documentation.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required. Experience in homebuilding, construction, or retail customer service is preferred. Strong customer service skills and familiarity with new home warranty processes are essential. Management experience is advantageous. A solid understanding of construction terminology is necessary. This position also demands excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.

Compensation Details

  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
  • FLSA Status: Exempt
