  • Manage Maintenance Budget: Develop and manage the maintenance budget to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed within budget.
  • Ensure Compliance with Safety Regulations: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, maintenance personnel, and other departments, to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Electrical and Mechanical Aptitude: Possess advanced knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and their applications.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate maintenance personnel.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
