Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, handling account reconciliations, and performing financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial reports for management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of general ledger accounting.
  • Perform financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets.
  • Apply cost accounting methods to help management understand financial implications of business decisions.
  • Process payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure financial reporting accuracy.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in agricultural sector.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost accounting.
  • Experience in payroll processing and managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Knowledge of auditing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
