Arconic is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service and Sales Representative - Automotive to join our Global Rolled Products (GRP) Headquarters business unit.

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Customer Sales & Service Supervisor or Manager, the Senior Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR) plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, aligning with our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


The primary responsibility of the Industrial CSSR is to oversee daily account operations and serve as the primary contact between our business and customers.

They are responsible for providing value-added services that ensure maximum customer satisfaction, fostering a competitive edge in the market.

This role requires minimal supervision and demands independent initiative while managing multiple customer accounts and locations.


Core Duties:
  • Manage daily account activities for assigned customers.
  • Process customer orders, handle non-standard entries, perform status checks, expedite orders, and resolve related issues.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to ensure material availability for customers.
  • Translate customer specifications prior to order processing.
  • Prepare detailed quotations for pricing.
  • Work with Outside Sales to identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Guide support staff through the customer order cycle process.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Oracle and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze data from various sources.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
