Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our finance team. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, handling account reconciliations and general ledger accounting tasks, and performing financial analysis to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the agricultural sector.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost accounting.
  • Experience in payroll processing and managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Knowledge of auditing principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
