Job Summary

As our Assistant Site Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our car wash and support the entire customer experience. You will collaborate closely with site leadership to train the team, drive exceptional customer service, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly manner
  • Engage customers and enroll them in our Unlimited Wash Club
  • Safely and efficiently load vehicles with clear hand signals and a smile
  • Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guests
  • Conduct daily preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
  • Maintain the appearance of outside landscaping and ensure all vacuums are functioning
  • Ability to open and close the site and facilitate daily operations
  • Provides ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to team members to achieve sales goals and highest standards of customer service
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in leadership, sales, or customer service
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Preferred: Associate degree or higher in business or related field
  • Preferred: Previous supervisory experience and car wash experience
