Job Summary

ASM Global is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at the Pensacola Bay Center. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and productions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with event setup, load-in, and load-out, including the assembly and disassembly of production equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks, and move equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Assist with the construction of set pieces, risers, and musical equipment.
  • Operate spotlights and assist with video, sound, and light production.
  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment at all times.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment.
  • Be punctual and work until the completion of each event.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with production for live events preferred.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate industry-related equipment.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
