Position Overview:

Under the guidance of the Director of Suites and Suites Manager(s), the Suite Pantry Supervisor is tasked with efficiently managing event-day requests and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Arrive punctually for scheduled events and report to designated areas promptly.
  • Execute opening and closing tasks as directed by management.
  • Exhibit a friendly and accommodating attitude when processing suite orders.
  • Organize all suite requests to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Input all event-day orders into the POS system and reconcile advance suite requests.
  • Collaborate with Suite Attendants to secure accurate payments from each suite.
  • Oversee inventory management within the Suite Pantry.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments within the venue.
  • Complete tasks assigned by management effectively.
  • Ensure proper reconciliation of cash deposits at the conclusion of events.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in stadium or arena suites is preferred; training will be provided.
  • Experience with cash handling and point of sale systems is advantageous.
  • Must possess a pleasant and courteous demeanor, enjoying interaction with people.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment is essential.
  • Must remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Consistently provide positive guest service while maintaining a friendly appearance.
  • Ability to make evaluations and decisions independently.
  • Willingness to accept and execute responsibilities as directed.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours based on event schedules is required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions are required. Ability to lift stock up to 20 lbs.
Adhere to safe work practices, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete any required safety training.
