Key Responsibilities
The Luxury Suite Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in managing food and beverage operations.

  • Assist in the recruitment, scheduling, training, and mentoring of team members.
  • Directly oversee staff while engaging with clients to enhance service quality.
  • Manage and oversee high-volume food and beverage inventory effectively.
  • Educate and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Establish and uphold standards for service excellence, sanitation, and product quality.
  • Ensure adherence to cash handling protocols and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with service standards and inventory management.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and perform necessary reconciliations.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma is mandatory; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with POS systems is essential.
  • Proven customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be personable, proactive, and self-driven.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
  • Ability to comprehend and maintain information accurately.
  • Proficient in basic mathematical calculations.
  • Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Must be able to perform tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds occasionally.
  • Proficient in using a computer workstation for extended periods.
  • Good finger, hand, and wrist dexterity.


Adhere to and promote all safety protocols, including identifying and reporting unsafe conditions, and completing necessary safety training.
