Position Overview:

Under the guidance of the Director of Suites and Suites Manager(s), the Suite Pantry Supervisor is tasked with the precise management of event-day requests and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a welcoming, positive attitude and uphold a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Arrive punctually for scheduled events and report to the designated area promptly.
  • Execute opening and closing responsibilities as directed by management.
  • Exhibit a friendly and accommodating demeanor when processing suite orders.
  • Organize all suite requests to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Input all event-day orders into the POS system and reconcile advance suite orders.
  • Collaborate with Suite Attendants to secure accurate payments from each suite.
  • Oversee proper inventory management within the Suite Pantry.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments within the venue.
  • Complete tasks assigned by management effectively.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of cash deposits at the conclusion of events.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in stadium or arena suites is preferred; orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Experience with cash handling and point of sale systems is preferred.
  • Must possess a pleasant demeanor, be courteous, and enjoy engaging with people.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Must consistently display positive body language and provide excellent guest service.
  • Ability to make evaluations and decisions independently.
  • Willingness to accept and execute directions responsibly.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours based on event schedules.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions. Capable of lifting stock up to 20 lbs.
Practice safe work habits, adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and complete any necessary safety training.
