Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel.
  • Manage reservations, pre-register guests, and block rooms when necessary.
  • Process charges and handle credit card information for payment.
  • Review special requests and work to accommodate guest needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel rates, discounts, and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
