Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join a supportive school district near Lincoln, RI. This full-time position involves working with high school students in a Life Skills program, providing essential support and promoting positive behavioral outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on student progress and provide regular updates to the supervising BCBA
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' learning and behavioral goals
- Assist in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Prior experience working with high school students, especially in a Life Skills program, is preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm
