Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have two years of experience as a salaried restaurant District Manager. They should possess excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and company profitability.

Responsibilities include developing people and helping them achieve their goals, upholding company standards, and adapting to new systems and processes quickly. Strong organizational and planning skills are also essential, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a QSR/Fast Casual background with Drive-Thru experience. They should also have a strong focus on People, Hospitality, and Integrity.

A minimum of two years of experience as a District Manager, with restaurant volume experience of $1 million and up in annual sales, is required. The candidate should also be comfortable working with multiple locations and managing a team of employees.
